Step 2 : File an insurance claim. A simple call to your insurance company gets the ball rolling. They will schedule an insurance adjuster to inspect the roof and document the damage. Be sure to let us know when that appointment is. Our team can be on-site to meet with the adjuster and point out any damage he/she may have missed.

Step 3 : Let us negotiate on your behalf. We can work with your insurance company to make sure that all items needed for your claim are included in the estimate for repairs. It is not unusual for the insurance company to underestimate the work by up to 30%. Our expertise will ensure you get the best possible roof.

Step 4 : Construction. We will procure a permit with the city, install all materials to code and manufacturers requirements, and handle all required inspections. We will restore your property using top notch materials, installed by qualified technicians. We will protect your home as if it were our own.

Step 5 : Wrap up. Once restoration is complete, we will proved a final invoice detailing all work completed and will invoice your insurance company on your behalf. The insurance company will send you the final check and you will remit payment to us. We will provide you with a warranty for all work.
